how 2 bypass any filters (at school or work/limited account)

hi
now I am gong to show you how to bypass any filters manually.

you can do the same by using proxies or proxy site eg-iroxy.com,vtunnel etc but there is a simple technique through which anyone can bypass any filter

here we go -->>

1. click on start>run
2. Write cmd in run
   
3. A command prompt will open
   
4. Now type ping www.google.com (you can use any website name instead of google).
5. It will give you ip address of the website (when pinging)
6. Copy the ip address of the site ( here i am taking an e.g.-->> 64.233.183.104 etc)
7. paste in any browser
8. it will open the desired website with out any filter content .

if you have limited account & command prompt is disables
don't worry ,I have a solution

• create a new text file , in it write Command
  
• open save as from file menu
  
• save as will open save it as cmd.bat save file on desktop , now close wizard
  
• one icon file will appear which is a dos file (batch)
• open it
  
• thats it its your command promp , you can type cmd here.
