• start >run
• type regedit
• open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CURRENT VERSION\WPAEVENTS\OOBETIMER
• DOUBLE CLICK TO OPEN IT

• close regeit
• go to run (start>run)
